In recent days, a slaughterhouse of pigs (in the North of France) is equipped with a vertical automatic Bar Screen FB Procédés.

If our screens do not have much to prove on the traditional treatment plants, it is necessary to know that their adaptability and their modulability allow us often to propose them on industrial sites.

This screen is placed in a concrete station, the arase exceeds the “Natural Level” of 1100mm. In this configuration, our unique technology makes sense and has no equivalence on the market. Why? Simply because our gravity system allows us to clean the screen upstream, and to dump waste also on the upstream side.

Most of our competitors, in the same situation, will offer you to dump the waste outside the station (on the upstream side) but – yes there is a “but” very important – their screens will clean the grid downstream , therefore in the opposite direction to that of the effluent. What we consider much less effective, not to mention referral systems.
