Just before the festive season, our teams installed three new bar screens in the Var department (83), Germany and Spain. Three different types of bar screens (SG, XG and NG), perfectly adapted to the context and needs of our customers.
Installation in the Var department - Replacement of a manual basket on a polyester station
Characteristics of the bar screen & the service :
SG400 type bar screen, made of 304L stainless steel, maximum flow rate = 50m3/h, 15mm air gap, depth under installation surface = 3000mm, supply of electrical box fixed to the side of the bar screen, installation, testing and training of operating personnel carried out by a FB Procédés technician.
Installation in Germany - Replacement of a competitor's bar screen
Characteristics of the bar screen & the service :
XG12 type bar screen, made of 304L stainless steel, maximum flow rate = 360m3/h, 6mm air gap, depth under installation surface = 1300mm, supply of electrical box fixed on a stainless steel support near the bar screen, VTP200 type screw conveyor and radar probes.
Installation in Spain - Replacement of a competitor's bar screen
Characteristics of the bar screen & the service :
NG11 type bar screen, made of 304L STAINLESS STEEL, maximum flow rate = 480m3/h, 15mm air gap, depth under installation surface = 3600mm, supply of electrical box fixed to a wall near the bar screen, installation, testing and training of operating personnel carried out by a FB Procédés technician. .
