45th bar screen in the Yvelines department

Before the summer vacations, an XG12 automatic vertical bar screen was installed on a storage basin in the Yvelines department.

Installed in a 2000mm wide channel, this bar screen cleans the screen upstream and discharges the waste downstream. In this application, the waste falls into a competitor's washing press.

As you can see from the photos, our bar screens are fully enclosed and fully compliant with European standards.

Equipped with removable panels, they are easy to remove for access to spare parts during maintenance operations.

Finally, even if we don't supply the electrical box, the bar screen is at least equipped with a manual box to which the limit switches and motor are connected. Two push-buttons »Up» - «Down» and a mushroom-type emergency stop are located on the front of this box. Local control is essential for safe operation.
