Our design office is at the heart of innovation and technical design for our projects, with particular expertise in screening systems.
Staffed by experienced engineers and technicians, our team is committed to developing tailor-made bar screen solutions for each customer's specific wastewater treatment needs. From initial analysis to 3D modeling and technical calculations, our team is with you every step of the way to guarantee reliable, high-performance equipment that complies with current standards.
With a strong focus on innovation, our design office is constantly exploring new techniques and technologies to offer ever more optimized and efficient screening solutions.
100% made in France in our own workshops
All products in the FB Procédés range are manufactured in our workshops, benefiting not only from the experience and know-how of our qualified staff, but also from state-of-the-art technology (laser cutting, digital folding machine, TIG and MAG welding stations, stainless steel pickling and passivation equipment, etc.).
A true added value in the preparation phase, all bar screens are adjusted and tested in a 2,500 mm–diameter, 7,000 mm–deep pit located directly within our workshops. This allows us to check every mechanical and electrical aspect of each unit.
The aim is to eliminate any unforeseen events during commissioning.
From our production site to your job site
On leaving the workshop, our products are packaged in plastic film and secured on wooden pallets (or in crates for certain export destinations).
The installation of this equipment can be carried out by our technicians, regardless of the location. In most cases, the installation of our products takes no more than one day. It also often provides an opportunity to train the operating staff.
Maintenance can also be entrusted to us through a maintenance contract.

Finally, since 2010, we have been actively seeking to develop our export presence. The results have not been slow in coming, with Bar Screens in North Africa and the United States, for example.
