Last week, we replaced two competitor's screw bar screens with two XG type automatic vertical bar screens, combined with a VCP250 screw compactor.
Project description:
- Supply of 2 automatic bar screens type XG12, made of 304L stainless steel, 6mm air gap, 1660mm depth under installation surface, maximum flow rate to be treated of 425 m3/h per bar screen, 304L stainless steel side deflectors, bar screen support beam, special waste discharge hopper to adapt to the feed trough of the compacting screw, etc.
- Supply of a VCP250 compacting screw, made of 304L stainless steel, length 2400mm,
- Screen/compaction screw« electrical box designed and supplied by FB Procédés,
- Assembly carried out by two FB Procédés technicians.
