At a wastewater treatment plant in the Bas-Rhin department, we installed two automatic vertical bar screens: one on the lift station and one on the storm overflow weir.

The existing context :

  • A manual basket on the station,
  • In the event of heavy effluent inflows (rainwater) and saturation of the station, waste is bypassed directly into the river.

The customer's request:

  • Replace manual basket with automatic bar screen
  • Create a manhole between the PR and the river, and install an automatic bar screen to recover as much waste as possible before discharge into the natural environment.
