A bar screen/compactor in Haute-Garonne

A few days ago, a thirtieth automatic bar screen was installed in the Haute-Garonne department, more precisely on a discharge station.

In this application, it is combined with a compaction auger.

Placed against a vertical wall facing the effluent inlet pipe, the bar screen is positioned upstream of the pumps. 

To facilitate assembly, the bar screen frame is made in three parts, as the ceiling height is 3000mm.
