At a wastewater treatment plant in the Vosges department, we have just replaced a curved bar screen of a competitor's brand.
A bar screen/conveyor screw assembly was therefore installed in its place, allowing waste to be discharged into a garbage can located on the side of the canal.
Project description:
- Supply of a bar screen type NG11,
- Features: all 304L stainless steel, 10 mm air gap, 1000 mm deep, 930 mm wide, 200 m3/h flow rate, with resistance heater frost protection,
- Supply of a VTP150 conveyor screw, made of 304L stainless steel,
- Screen/conveyor screw« electrical box designed and supplied by FB Procédés,
- Installation, tests, adjustments and training of operating personnel carried out by FB Procédés technicians.
