To replace a manual basket, we have just installed an automatic vertical bar screen in a Flygt polyester substation. Controlled by VEOLIA EAU, A special feature of this bar screen is its position at 90° to the effluent inlet pipe. The connection between the effluent inlet and the bar screen is made by a 304L STAINLESS STEEL channel, flush with the station wall.
Installation description
- 1 SG400 type automatic vertical bar screen, made of 304L stainless steel, flow rate 60m3/h, 10mm air gap, 3000mm depth under the installation surface, 304L stainless steel lateral feed channel, soundproofed and frost-proof.
- 1 electrical control box mounted on the right side of the bar screen.
