At a wastewater treatment plant in the Doubs region, we have just replaced a manual screen with an SG400 automatic bar screen.
The existing context :
- Manual grate positioned in a 570mm-deep channel, with a base at +2100mm above ground level,
- The operator cleans the grate and deposits the waste in the INOX chute downstream, then pushes it into the waste bin below, via a vertical chute.
The customer's request:
- Automate the removal of waste from the effluent, and deposit it directly in the waste bin.
