PRESS WASHER

The Wash Press PROPRESS is the optimal solution for washing and compacting screenings. Compared to our compaction screws, the PROPRESS significantly enhances the reduction of waste volume, weight, and water content.

As issues related to the collection and handling of screenings become increasingly frequent, FB Procédés has decided to design a "premium" product: a Wash Press called PROPRESS. A new product that will undoubtedly make operators' daily tasks easier.

The PROPRESS is a 100% FB Procédés product, fully designed by our R&D engineers, then manufactured and assembled in our workshops, just a few kilometers from Nantes. It is currently available in two sizes (150 and 300).

Its specifications incorporated all our requirements: robustness, reliability, efficiency, simplicity, adaptability, reasonable electrical and hydraulic consumption, easy servicing and low maintenance costs. Our aim is to offer a high level of quality while maintaining ease of operation.

Of course, it can be combined with all FB Procédés automatic bar screens, as well as our screw conveyors. Last but not least, we also offer a number of options (frost protection, automatic bagging system, customized outlet pipe, connecting chute between the bar screen hopper and the press feed trough, etc.) to ensure optimum adaptation to each context.
