This week, we've just installed an XG12 automatic bar screen on a water intake, replacing competing equipment. The installation was necessitated by the small size of the screen room.
This pumping station, operated by the SAUR, The purpose of the bar screen is to remove leaves and other green waste to protect the downstream pumps.
Installation description
- Dismantling existing equipment,
- Supply and installation of an automatic bar screen, type XG12, made of 304L stainless steel, 5mm air gap, 1500mm screen width, flow rate to be treated 1400m3/h,
- Supply and installation of electrical control panel,
- Electrical connections, tests, settings and training of operating personnel (duration=1 day).
