The Step Bar Screen type PROSTEP is the result of 30 years of bar screening expertise.

More than an innovative fine step bar screen, the PROSTEP has been developped to meet the highest expectations from the operators.

The Step Bar Screen PROSTEP has been designed to offer a reliable and efficient bar screening solution<:strong>, while minimizing the operation and maintenance costs.

An FB Procédés innovation: 100% of the submerged parts are made of stainless steel, avoiding the use of plastic spacers. Plastic spacers are expensive and not reliable. Thanks to the use of stainless steel spacers, the Step Bar Screen PROSTEP has an extended lifetime, and much lower maintenance costs.

The unique design of the bar screens blades has been optimized to greatly improve the lifting of the debris, to avoid debris from falling back into the channel.

Last but not least, the bar screen of the Step Screen PROSTEP uses a unique technology to minimize head loss, which is one of the main concerns of the operators.
